Stephen R. Pepe Reverse Mortgage Consultant

I welcome the opportunity to guide you and your family through the reverse mortgage process. Tap into my experience as an attorney, former reverse mortgage counselor, frequent author and lecturer to cut through the confusion and provide you with a clear and concise analysis of these unique financial tools.

I have worked as a Reverse Mortgage Consultant since February, 2006. I have been a licensed attorney in Massachusetts since 1999 though I do not practice law now. I maintain active memberships in the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Boston Estate Planning Council, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Neponset Valley Chamber of Commerce and the United Chamber of Commerce. Between 2003 and 2005, I counseled almost 1,400 homeowners on reverse mortgages as an AARP Foundation-approved reverse mortgage counselor.
